Front running many a times leads to moderate to massive redemptions which in turn forces mutual funds to distress sale affecting prices of their securities. Quant has sufficient cash in hand and 30% of its holdings are in very liquid names such as Reliance, HDFC Bank. So quant will easily overcome any redemption pressure. It will again emerge as winner beating it's peers by a wide margin. So remain fully invested in quant funds and you will be rewarded handsomely. I haven't stopped a single SIP in quant and 50% of my corpus is in quant funds. Don't worry .
